Please Backup Your Camel Audio Software By July 7th

You better hurry and get your files before it’s too late, because Camel Audio, which was taken over by Apple, is shutting down soon. For good.

If you have purchased any products from them, such as Alchemy, CamelPhat or CamelSpace, make sure you have everything you can possibly download safely in reach, as no support is expected from Apple after July 7, 2015.

How do you download and backup your purchases?

Detailed Info on downloading and backing up your Camel Audio Software and Files are here.

We better hurry and download all our purchases by July 7, 2015 or be spit out of luck if we need support or want to install the products we bought.

“Please Backup Your Camel AudioSoftware By July 7th

We would like to thank you for the support we’ve received over the years.
Camel Audio’s plugins, Alchemy Mobile inapp purchases and sound libraries are no
longer available for purchase. On July 7th, 2015, you will no longer be able to
download any desktop products, documentation or access other information on the
Camel Audio website.

We recommend you download all of your purchases and back them up now so that you
can install them on new machines. To learn more, read How to Download and Backup
Your Desktop Products. We have included a downloadable FAQ containing commonly
asked support questions as well as product documentation.

Alchemy Mobile has now been updated to resolve an issue with restoring inapp
purchases. Alchemy Mobile inapp purchases will continue to be available for download
after July 7th. However, if you received mobile sound libraries for free as a result of
purchasing the desktop version, then you should back them up before July 7th. To
learn more, read How to Backup Your Mobile Sound Libraries.

Don’t hesitate to email us at if you have any questions about downloading and backing up your software.”

Rest In Peace Camel Audio.
